Refund policy


Policy validity period

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days, meaning items must be returned within 30 days from the day you've received your order, transit times are not included within this time. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If you need to retun an item, please ensure that you have downloaded, completed and followed the instructions on our returns form.

Returnable items

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and be;
  • Unused, unworn and unwashed, with no; signs of wear, distinct odours, blemishes, etc..

  • They must also have all tags and tickets still attached to the item and be in the original packaging.

Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you and will not be applicable for refund.
Items covered in animal/human hair and any unidentifiable foreign material will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Items are not eligible for return if they fall under the following categorisation;
  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons - no exceptions)

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Gift cards

Proof of purchase

To complete your return, we require a valid order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable);
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or with obvious signs of use or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

The refund process for applicable item(s) is as follows;
  1. Once your return is received and inspected

  2. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  3. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 working days.

Please note:

  • For single item orders that are returned, we will refund (if applicable) the total value of the order, inclusive of your original shipping costs – if you choose not to use our FREE returns service and opt instead to return the package at your own cost, your returns cost is non-refundable.

  • For multiple item orders, we will only refund (if applicable) the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs.

  • If a multiple item orders are returned together, we will refund (if applicable) the total value, including your original shipping cost – if you choose not to use our FREE returns service and opt instead to return the package at your own cost, your returns cost is non-refundable.

  • Orders placed separately (unique reference numbers), must be returned separately to avoid processing errors.

  • Please note processing refunds may take longer than 5 working days. Please keep a copy of any postage receipts and necessary tracking information as proof of return.

  • Any items purchased from an event cannot be returned for a cash refund, instead store credit will be issued for the full amount of the returned item(s).

  • Delays in the returns process may occur at exceptionally busy trading times. If a delay is expected, you will be informed at the earliest possible opportunity.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund within 5-10 working days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email the returns team

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items that have been reduced in price cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges for any purchases through bettyswollox.com. If items are defective or damaged, please follow the returns policy and we will refund (if applicable) the item(s).
